Introduction of the Special Issue Edition
Journal of Management and Social Innovation (JOMSI) cordially invites the submission of high-quality research proposals as well as complete manuscripts for consideration in a forthcoming Special Edition that concentrates on the contribution of Human Resource Management (HRM) toward the realization of Vision 2030 objectives across a wide spectrum of industries and managerial disciplines. This themed edition intends to investigate the manner in which HRM practices affect organisational effectiveness, sustainability, innovation, and strategic performance, while positioning Vision 2030 as an intervening or mediating variable. Particular attention will be given to quantitative investigations using survey-based methodologies. Interdisciplinary contributions that integrate HRM with leadership, sustainability, innovation, ethical governance, quality management, and environmental accountability across both conventional and emerging industries are strongly encouraged.

- Exhibit strong methodological integrity as well as adherence to ethical research standards.
