Open Access Policy
All articles published in the Journal of Management and Social Innovation are Gold Open Access, ensuring immediate and unrestricted availability upon publication with no embargo period. All content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing free use, sharing, and reproduction with appropriate attribution. This supports broad dissemination and increased global visibility of research outputs.
Publication Model
The journal operates under a Continuous Publication Model, whereby accepted manuscripts are published online promptly after completion of the peer-review and editorial process. This model ensures faster dissemination of research findings and enhances scholarly communication.
Publication Charges
For manuscripts submitted on or before 31 December 2026, there will be no article processing charges (APCs). The journal also does not impose any additional costs, including submission fees, editorial handling charges, language editing fees, colour charges or membership fees. All accepted articles will be published fully Open Access without any financial burden on authors.
Target Audience
The journal serves an international readership comprising researchers, scholars, postgraduate students, industry experts and policymakers engaged in management, social sciences, innovation studies and interdisciplinary research areas.
Ethics & Peer Review Policy
JOMSI strictly follows guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). Each submission undergoes a rigorous double blind peer-review process to ensure originality, academic quality and methodological integrity. The journal uses advanced AI and plagiarism detection tools and maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward unethical practices, including plagiarism, data fabrication and inappropriate authorship.
Editorial Decision Timeline
The journal strives to communicate a final editorial decision within 60 days of manuscript submission, ensuring a timely, transparent, and efficient review process.
