Established in 2024, Precision Digital Publishers (PDP) is an independent academic publishing organisation committed to supporting open access and the responsible dissemination of scholarly research. We work with researchers, editors, reviewers and academic institutions to publish rigorous research across a range of scholarly disciplines.
Our operational model strictly aligns with international best practices, emphasising full transparency, editorial independence, and clear licensing terms. We aim to provide structured publishing workflows, support independent editorial decision-making, and promote uncompromising research integrity.
Precision Digital Publishers (PDP) is dedicated to ensuring the long-term preservation, permanent open accessibility, and uninterrupted availability of all published scholarly literature across its journal portfolio. This policy outlines our digital preservation infrastructure, author self-archiving rights, and repository deposit frameworks designed to safeguard the scholarly record.
Long-Term Digital Preservation
To protect published research against technical disruptions, system migrations, or platform alterations, PDP has integrated digital preservation solutions into its publishing workflow.
PDP has partnered with Portico, an international digital archiving service, to provide perpetual preservation for all journals under its imprint. Through this agreement, Portico serves as a secure dark archive for full-text PDFs, XML metadata, figures, and supplementary materials. In the event that published content ever becomes unavailable on primary journal portals, Portico’s trigger mechanisms ensure continuous, open-access delivery of the digital record to the global scientific community.
