Aims and Scope

Precision Journal of Applied Mathematics and Statistics (PJAMS) offers a scholarly platform for rigorous research in applied mathematics, statistics, and quantitative methods. The journal welcomes original contributions that advance mathematical and statistical theory, methodology, and applications, with particular emphasis on research addressing contemporary scientific, technological, economic, and societal challenges.

Aims:

  • To promote rigorous research in applied mathematics, statistics, and quantitative methodologies.
  • To provide a platform for theoretical, methodological, and empirical contributions in mathematical and statistical sciences.
  • To encourage the development and application of innovative mathematical models, statistical methods, and analytical techniques.
  • To support interdisciplinary research applying mathematical and statistical approaches to real-world problems.
  • To promote research that contributes meaningful theoretical and practical insights across diverse application areas.

Scope:

PJAMS welcomes original and high-quality research in, but not limited to, the following areas:

Applied Mathematics & Mathematical Modelling: mathematical modelling; differential equations; numerical methods; optimization; operations research; computational mathematics; mathematical analysis and applications.

Statistics & Statistical Methods: statistical inference; probability theory; regression analysis; multivariate statistics; Bayesian methods; experimental design; statistical modelling; non-parametric methods.

Data Analysis & Forecasting: time-series analysis; forecasting; computational statistics; predictive modelling; statistical learning; data-driven methods; uncertainty analysis.

Computational & Interdisciplinary Applications: mathematical and statistical applications in science, engineering, economics, finance, healthcare, environmental studies, and other quantitative disciplines.

Theoretical & Applied Contributions: studies that develop, evaluate, or apply mathematical and statistical methods to address substantive research questions, with clear methodological rigor and practical relevance.

We especially encourage manuscripts that combine methodological rigor with meaningful applications, contributing to the advancement of mathematical and statistical knowledge while addressing relevant problems in science, industry, and society.
